A link coverage problem determination method, device and system. The method comprises: associating downlink measurement data with uplink measurement data for analysis, thereby making the determination of a link coverage problem no longer only depend on the downlink measurement data, but depend on a combination of the downlink measurement data and the uplink measurement data. Thus, the determination of the link coverage problem is more accurate, which is beneficial for adopting a correct solution later.
