<p>An angle adjuster (71) is equipped with a first arm (1) which is provided with a winding-and-tightening member (5), and a second arm (10) which is provided with a rotational axis portion (13). In an axial view of the rotational axis portion (13), one end portion (5a) and another end portion (5b) of the winding-and-tightening member (5) are spaced apart from each other in being provided upon the first arm (1). The first arm (1) and the second arm (10) are coupled so that the second arm (10) can be rotated centered around the rotational axis portion (13) in a state in which a winding-and-tightening portion (6) of the winding-and-tightening member (5) has been wound around an outer peripheral surface (13a) of the rotational axis portion (13). The invention is configured so that rotation of the second arm (10) is allowed and prevented by way of frictional forces (SM and GM) that are generated by rotational operations in a positive rotation direction (S) and a negative rotation direction (G) of the second arm (10).</p> |
