The holding element (15) has a distal retaining portion (D) at which a heat transfer element (13) i.e. omega-shaped strip, is fastened. A proximal retaining portion (P) is fastened at a carrying profile (7). The proximal retaining portion with the carrying profile and/or the distal retaining portion comprise closure arrangements (18a, 18b) free against a gravitational force and brought in engagement with the heat transfer element in a sliding manner. The proximal retaining portion is provided with a holding leg opposite to the distal retaining portion. An independent claim is also included for a ceiling sub-structure.
