The device comprises: an information receiving module and an affairs reminding module. The client comprises: a receiving module and an affairs reminding module. The system comprises: a first client, an affairs reminding device and a second client. By sending the affairs reminding information sent by the first client to the second client according to the information about the second client, the technical solution mentioned above enables the second client to perform affairs reminding according to the affairs reminding information, achieves the function of automatically reminding a user, and reduces the occurrence of conditions that an executive person forgets or loses affairs.
