摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state lighting device emitting incoherent light with enhanced safety.SOLUTION: A solid-state lighting device includes a light source part 10, a waveguide 20, a light guide, a wavelength conversion layer 32, and an outer tube part 34. The light source part 10, provided with semiconductor lasers 11 and driving circuits 12, emits a plurality of laser beams of a wavelength range of blue-violet to blue colors. The waveguide 20 guides a plurality of laser beams. The light guide includes a first face, a second face and side faces, guiding in the plurality of laser beams from the first face, guiding and scattering them toward the second face, and releasing them from the side faces. The wavelength conversion layer 32 with phosphor particles arranged in dispersion releases from an outer edge wavelength conversion light, and scattered light generated as the rest of light not absorbed by the phosphor particles out of the light released from the side faces is scattered in multiple. The outer tube part is provided to surround the outer edge of the wavelength conversion layer, and releases the scattered light and the wavelength conversion light from an outer surface as mixed light after scattering them with a roughened face.
