PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malfunction of a large-sized touch panel, and to prevent the malfunction of the large-sized touch panel especially by reducing wiring delay between a detection area and a controller.SOLUTION: A touch panel is configured as a detection area division type touch panel including a plurality of detection areas and a plurality of sensors, and each of those divided detection areas has a corresponding controller, and all the controllers are electrically connected to one central control unit. It is preferable that the length of wiring between each of those divided detection areas and the corresponding controller is shorter than the length of wiring between each controller and the central control unit.
