摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy forged material for an automobile excellent in tensile strength while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance, and to provide a method for manufacturing the aluminum alloy forged material for an automobile.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy forged material for an automobile is composed of an aluminum alloy containing 0.7-1.5 mass% of Si, 0.1-0.5 mass% of Fe, 0.6-1.2 mass% of Mg, 0.01-0.1 mass% of Ti and 0.3-1.0 mass% of Mn, further containing at least one element selected from 0.1-0.4 mass% of Cr and 0.01-0.2 mass% of Zr, restricting Cu to 0.1 mass% or less and Zn to 0.05 mass% or less, and a hydrogen amounts to 0.25 ml/100 g-Al or less, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities, wherein the depth of recrystallization from the surface is 5 mm or less. A method for manufacturing the aluminum alloy forged material for an automobile is also provided.
