PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a participant registration work and a setting work of an association relationship between a participant and a material when each different material corresponding to a participant is distributed, and to thereby distribute an appropriate material to an unexpected participant even when the unexpected participant takes part in.SOLUTION: In a meeting assist system according to the present invention, a meeting assist device is configured to comprise: reception means that receives position information from a position information transmission device; entire region determination means that determines an entire region from the position information; transmission means that transmits the entire region to a first terminal; reception means that receives division information of dividing the entire region; region division means that divides the entire region into a plurality of sub regions on the basis of the division information; reception means that receives terminal position information from a second terminal; region determination means that determines a sub region to which the second terminal belongs out of the plurality sub regions on the basis of received terminal position information; and distribution means that distributes material data associated with the sub region to which the second terminal belongs to the second terminal. |
