PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a detection abnormality of a steering angle from a neutral state of a steering wheel.SOLUTION: A first absolute angle arithmetic processing part 25 calculates an absolute angle, as a first absolute angle, based on combinations of first and second, the first and third, the first and fourth, the second and third, or the second and fourth rotational angles. A second absolute angle arithmetic processing part 26 calculates an absolute angle, as a second absolute angle, based on a combination of the third rotational angle and the fourth rotational angle. An abnormality detection processing part 27 detects the abnormality of a device by comparing the first absolute angle and the second absolute angle. |
