PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply power, as required, to a dwelling unit, commercial power supply to which is stopped, in a power management system of collective housing.SOLUTION: Each dwelling unit 11 of collective housing 10 is provided with an individual distribution panel 16, to which commercial power is supplied from a commercial power supply 15. The individual distribution panel 16 includes a main breaker 21 connected with the commercial power supply 15, and a plurality of branch breakers 22 including a branch breaker connected with a special circuit 25 as a load circuit. The special circuit 25 can be supplied with external power from a vehicle C, as an external power supply, and supply and stop of the external power are switched by means of a change-over switch 46. For a free dwelling unit where the main breaker 21 is turned off, the change-over switch 46 is closed and power can be supplied from the vehicle C to the special circuit 25. |
