PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excessive load from being applied on a peripheral switch.SOLUTION: A diameter of a bearing portion 23k of a base 23 for journaling a shaft portion 25e of a rotor 25 integrally fixed with a dial 24, is gradually expanded toward the dial 24 side. A surface opposing to a top plate portion 23b of a large diameter portion 25b of the rotor 25 prevented from coming off by the top plate portion 23b of the base 23 is made to an inclined surface 25e gradually separated from the top plate portion 23b toward an outer peripheral side, thereby enabling the rotor 25 to incline to the bearing portion 23k and enabling the inclination operation of the dial 24. During the inclination operation of the dial 24, an inner surface 24f of the dial 24 strikes to an annular projecting portion 23j of the base 23. |
