Disclosed is a carbon fibre member manufacturing method, comprising: placing a diaphragm having texture on the first side surface thereof in a mould, and abutting the second side surface of the diaphragm against an inner wall of the mould; injecting molten carbon fibre composite plastic into the first side surface through a sprue of the mould, and obtaining a member with a first shape; and obtaining a member with a second shape using the member with a first shape through a material removal process. Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing method provided in the present invention can effectively increase the processing efficiency on the basis of ensuring the use intensity demand of members; and the surface of a carbon fibre member manufactured using the method has carbon fibre texture capable of bringing a good appearance effect. On this basis, also provided is a carbon fibre member manufactured using the manufacturing method.
