Embodiments of the present invention provide an office system, device, and method capable of monitoring and storing data output by the office system. An embodiment of the present invention provides an office system, comprising at least one office device arranged in an office network and connected to an output device and a storage device respectively; the output device, used for transmitting to the office device a digital electric signal corresponding to output data; the office device, used for acquiring the digital electric signal corresponding to the output data, restoring the digital electric signal into a layout file or an image file having the same content with scanned data, and sending the restored layout file or the image file to a storage disk for storage; and the storage device, used for storing the layout file or the image file sent by the office device. |
