PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head that has high reliability and is capable of improving in microwave intensity, and a magnetic memory device that has high reliability and is capable of implementing high recording density, in the case of using a microwave assisted magnetic recording scheme.SOLUTION: In a magnetic memory device including: a magnetic recording medium 130; and a magnetic head that includes a recording magnetic pole 122, an opposed magnetic pole 124, a coil 123, and a high frequency magnetic field generating element 140, the high frequency magnetic field generating element 140 assists writing to the magnetic recording medium 130 by a high frequency magnetic field 145 caused by a change in recording current flowing through the coil 123. |
