PURPOSE: A photo-conversion complex, a light emitting device with the complex, a display device with the complex, and production method thereof are provided to arrange photo-conversion particles in 'a bead with larger diameter than that of the photo-conversion particles'. CONSTITUTION: A photo-conversion complex(30) comprises many photo-conversion particles(31) and bead(32). The bead surrounds the photo-conversion particles. The photo-conversion particles are uniformly dispersed within the bead. The photo-conversion particles are sealed by the bead. The diameter of the photo-conversion particles are about 1nm to 15nm. The diameter of the bead is 50nm to 1μm. |
