A radioscopic system comprises a frame, a radiation generating unit, a radiation receiving unit, a photographing unit, a central processing unit, and a display unit. The frame has a ring shape or the shape of a part of a ring. The radiation generating unit includes first and second radiation generators for respectively irradiating first and second radiation toward first and second sides of an operation object. The radiation receiving unit includes first and second radiation receivers for respectively receiving the radiation generated from the first and second radiation generators. The photographing unit includes first and second cameras for respectively photographing the first and second sides of the operation object. The central processing unit generates first and second radioscopic images and generates a first augmented image, generated by combining the first radioscopic image with a first image photographed by the first camera, and a second augmented image generated by combining the second radioscopic image with a second image photographed by the second camera. The display unit displays the first and second augmented images. As a result, a doctor may operate the operation object more accurately by using the generated augmented images.
