METHOD FOR COMPENSATION OF SCREEN PRINTER AND BOARD INPECTION SYSTEM USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for correcting the stencil mask of a screen printer, and includes the following steps of: receiving fiducial information from a screen printer; extracting the location information of a solder and a pad formed on a substrate by measurement using a solder inspection device; estimating an x and y offset value and a rotation amount of a stencil mask based on the fiducial information by using the location information of the pad and solder; and transferring the x and y offset value and the rotation amount of the stencil mask to the screen printer. In this way, the x and y offset value and rotation amount of the stencil mask are estimated in the solder inspection device based on the information which is transferred from the screen printer. The estimated value is fed back to the screen printer, and the location of the stencil mask is corrected. Therefore, the reliability of the solder printing can be improved.
