PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in heat resistance, fluidity, impact resistance and water absorption property, and to provide a molded product comprising the resin composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a polyarylate resin (A), a polycarbonate resin (B) and a cycloolefin-based resin (C), wherein mass ratios among the components satisfy the expression (I): (A)/(B)=40/60 to 100/0 and the expression (II): (C)/[(A)+(B)+(C)]=3/100 to 25/100.
