PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of performing maintenance in safety by being connected to a commercial power source of a voltage lower than rated voltage. SOLUTION: When an AC power source of 100V lower than 200V of the rated voltage is switched on, a DC power source is kept on until the AC power source is switched off and continuously applies output voltage of 5V to a control section, as an allowable range of AC voltage is widened. In a case when a door is opened at a clock time T0, a primary interlock relay contact is not switched on, and an oven lamp and an antenna motor are kept off, as the voltage of the AC power source is 100V. In a case when an operation for setting a recipe is performed from an operating section at a clock time T1, the recipe is registered. In a case when an operation for starting demonstration is performed from the operating section at the clock time T1, a heating relay contact is not switched on, and a fan motor and an exhaust motor are respectively switched on.
