摘要 |
A position recognition device for a smart robot capable of forming wrap-around images obtained by photographing an ambient environment of a robot platform and recognizing the position f a robot based on images of the front side and a ceiling of the robot platform is disclosed. The position recognition device includes four image cameras; four camera driving unit for driving the four image cameras according to control signals respectively; an image processing unit for processing image signals of the four image cameras; a robot position recognition module for recognizing an objects within the images based on the image signals received from the image processing unit, forming the wrap-around images, and recognizing the position of the robot; and a control unit for generating control signals for controlling the four image cameras respectively to forming the wrap-around images.
