PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a game machine that can inexpensively be manufactured wherein it is possible to maintain excellent locking and unlocking performance and reduce a number of parts and simplify its structure. SOLUTION: A pair of latch members 5, 6 are rotatably supported at the upper and lower parts of a support plate 3 for a base frame body 1. The upper and lower latch members 5, 6 are coupled together through a connecting rod 4. A cylinder lock 7 is attached to a mounting plate 2 of the base frame body 1 with its lock shaft inserted inside. A long hole 36 with a locking hole 37 is formed in an intermediate support plate 30 in proximity to a cam member 8 fixed on the lock shaft in the direction of length. A rotational locking member 9 is rotatably supported by the connecting rod 4 in proximity to the cam member 8. The rotational locking member 9 is provided with an engaging shaft 9b, while the engaging shaft 9b is movably engaged in the long hole 36 with the locking hole 37. A coil spring 11 is installed between the intermediate support plate 30 and the rotational locking member 9 so that the rotational locking member and the connecting rod are energized on the unlocking side.
