PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilfer-proof cap which generates no breakage of a bridge part at forming an easy-breakage section, and to provide a molding device for a pilfer-proof cap. SOLUTION: In the pilfer-proof cap 10, a recessed section 17c is formed on a slit section 17 of the cap 10 in a thickness direction of a peripheral wall section 12, and the recessed section 17c is surrounded by a pair of long sides 17a, 17a extended in a peripheral direction of the peripheral wall section 12, and a pair of short sides 17b, 17b extended in an axis direction of the peripheral wall section 12. A bottom wall surface 17e and the short side 17b of the recessed section 17c are connected together with a side wall surface 17h in the axial direction inclined from an open side to the bottom wall surface 17e of the recessed section 17c. When a curvature radius R1 of a base end section 17g wherein the bottom wall surface 17e and the side wall surface 17h in the axial direction are met together is set up to be 0.1-0.5 mm, the base end section 17g and the peripheral wall section 12 connected with the long side 17a on an open end side are connected with a concave curved surface having a curvature radius R2 of 0.1-0.8 mm.
