The present invention relates to a method for producing a chimera mesenchymal stem cell group comprising the step of mixing and culturing mesenchymal stem cells derived from a tonsil tissue obtained from an individual donor; the chimera stem cell group produced thereby; a method for producing a chimera mesenchymal stem cell group with improved proliferation ability, comprising the step of freezing and thawing the chimera mesenchymal stem cell group; the chimera mesenchymal stem cell group with improved proliferation ability, obtained thereby; a method for differentiating the chimera mesenchymal stem cell group; a cell therapeutic agent containing stem cells isolated from the chimera mesenchymal stem cell group or the cells differentiated from the stem cells as active ingredients; and a method for mixing and culturing mesenchymal stem cells derived from the tonsil tissue obtained from the individual donor. The chimera mesenchymal stem cell group of the present invention is derived from the disposed tonsil tissue and can be produced from an individual tonsil tissue, therefore the chimera mesenchymal stem cell group can be cheaply produced. The chimera mesenchymal stem cell group has the same activity as stem cells after being thawed and frozen, thereby being used as a cell source of stem cell bank.
