The present invention relates to a power distribution cable replacement method using a lifting device which does not require too much manpower and transportation and so that it can secure economic efficiency from saving costs, and also the task can be done more quickly and safely and therefore increase the overall effectiveness of the task. The phase of having the lifting device in which the method mechanically operates crossing the wooden edge of the arm is included. It comprises the existing pin arm brace installed at the first step which the down movement is fixed, and it sets up the electric pole and the electric pole of the wooden edge of the arm is crossed by using the lifting device, the second step of lifting the ship in the wooden edge arm up by the wire in order to be located on the surface in a straight line and is fixed to the existing pin arm brace, the third step of securing the space for replacing the new pin arm brace, the fourth step of replacing the existing pin arm brace with the new pin arm brace, the fifth step of having it to be in straight line with the new pin arm brace in straight line by using the lifting device to go down, and the sixth step of moving the lifting device away the edge wooden cross arm from the electric pole. |
