<p>The present invention relates to a suppressing method by making DNA fragments which complementarily bind to mRNA produced when Homo sapiens interleukin 6 (interferon, beta 2) (IL6) gene which is a protein related to inflammation is expressed. Interleukin 6(IL6) is a sitokin which has biological functions such as B-cell stimulatory factor-2(BSF-2) and interferon beta-2 and plays a role in IG-secreting cell, the growth of myeloma and plasmacytoma, hepatocytes inducing neural cell differentiation, and B-cell differentiation. The expression level can be appropriately controlled by setting the targets of DNA oligomers at the front, middle and end of mRNA to select high or low knockdown efficiency. Since the DNA oligomer with 18 base pairs is relatively short, PCR primer synthesis can be applied.</p> |
