The present invention is a method for suppressing expression of Homo sapiens interleukin 2 (IL-2) by manufacturing DNA pieces which bond to complementary mRNA produced when the Homo sapiens interleukin 2 (IL-2) gene which is protein related to infection is expressed. T-Lymphocytes regulate growth and differentiation of T-cells and specific B-cells through release of secreted protein factors. The factors including interleukin 2 (IL-2), which are secreted by lectin or antigen stimulated T-cells, have various physiological effects. IL-2 is lymphokine which induces diffusion of T-cell response. In addition, protein needs to be secreted to growth factors and antibody production stimulants by a single glycosulated polypeptide of signal sequence and cutting for specific binding of receptors. 18 DNA nucleotides are synthesized in front, middle and rear sides of DNA sequence, and are inserted into cells or tissues by being diluted. The method according to the present invention can increase knock down effects by having more stable interference using DNA than traditional micro RNA method. By regulating amount of Homo sapiens interleukin 2 (IL2) expression, various amyloid beta depositions and the systems can be controlled and the output can be used in prevention of cell death and dementia.
|
