The present invention provides a cosmetic composition for anti-aging and skin whitening, containing a fermented extract which is prepared by inoculating Monascus to argan seeds, Brassica napus L. seeds, mango seeds, or a mixture thereof and fermenting the mixture. The fermented extract according to the present invention contains a large amount of useful ingredients of natural argan seeds, Brassica napus L. seeds, or mango seeds, suppresses collagen decomposition, and promotes collagen synthesis, thereby showing superior functions as a cosmetic material for anti-aging and whitening. |
