摘要 <p>The device for locking floors of tandem injection molding machine for the production of plastic molded parts, comprises stationary and movable external mold clamping plates (2, 3), a stationary middle plate (4) arranged between the external clamping plates, two upper and two lower columns (6) with which the external plates are interlocked by a catching system, and pressure cushions arranged at the external plates for applying a closing force on the external plates with pressure. The columns are arranged to the middle plate for receiving the closing force between the clamping- and middle plate. The device for locking floors of tandem injection molding machine for the production of plastic molded parts, comprises stationary and movable external mold clamping plates (2, 3), a stationary middle plate (4) arranged between the external clamping plates, two upper and two lower columns (6) with which the external plates are interlocked by a catching system, and pressure cushions arranged at the external plates for applying a closing force on the external plates with pressure. The columns are arranged to the middle plate for receiving the closing force between the clamping- and middle plate. The catching systems are arranged at each clamping plates. The catching systems and the pressure cushions of the stationary clamping plate are independently operated from the catching system and the pressure cushion of the movable clamping plate. A linear drive is arranged between the clamping plates. The middle plate and the stationary external plate are firmly connected with machine bed (1) of the molding machine. The columns are arranged through the middle plate. The catching system and the pressure cushion are arranged at the external plates for the columns. Hydraulic cylinders are arranged around a tool installation position. Locking cylinders are arranged at the external plates. The columns are guided through the external plates and protruded into the locking cylinder as piston rod (11). The locking cylinder of the stationary external plate is actuated independent of the locking cylinder of the moving external plate. The first column is intended between the middle plate and the stationary external plate and the second column is intended between the movable and the stationary external plates. The first and the second columns are diagonally arranged to each other. Process cylinders are integrated into the column and/or the columns are formed as the process cylinder. An independent claim is included for an injection molding machine.</p>
