The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and, more specifically, to a method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink control information when multiple cells are formed. The method according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: receiving at least one among PDCCH and PDSCH; generating the receiving response information about the at least one among PDCCH and PDSCH; and transmitting the receiving response information after dropping channel state information according to given conditions or transmitting the receiving response information and the channel state information together if the transmitting time of the receiving response information and the transmitting time of the channel state information collide.
