<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for forming a film holding a strong adhesive force for a long period even when applied to a base material of a metal, a glass, a ceramic or the like, having excellent chemical resistance and water-repellency and oil-repellency sustained over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition contains a fluororesin having a hydroxy group, an organosilane represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R is a 1-10C hydrocarbon, and n is an integer of ≥1), a basic organosilane compound and an isocyanate resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
