Use of A-ring aromatized acetyl minocycline compounds (I) for treating T cell-mediated diseases, is claimed. Use of A-ring aromatized acetyl minocycline compounds of formula (I) for treating T cell-mediated diseases, is claimed. R1-R5 : acetyl or H, where at least one of R1-R5 is acetyl. An independent claimS included for a pharmaceutical composition comprising A-ring aromatized acetyl minocycline compounds (I) and a pharmaceutical acceptable carrier.
