A pirate ship eradication system and method are disclosed. The pirate ship eradication system for the alarm of an abnormal ship according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main ship; a watching unit which watches surrounding ships existing in a specific boundary area; and an integrated management unit which alarms the existence of the abnormal ship according to the abnormal speed and patterns of the surrounding ships by collecting the watching information from the watching unit and comparing the collected information with preset abnormal ship determining conditions.
