The present invention discloses a highly accurate image registration device and a method thereof using a skin marker and a body feature utilizing anatomical feature inside a body as the part of a marker for image registration by using an ultrasound or radiation probe. In an embodiment of the highly accurate image registration device and the method thereof using the skin marker and the body feature, errors at an operation position can be reduced by using the marker for image registration indicating the anatomical feature in the body through using the ultrasound or radiation probe and more accurate operation navigation is possible and better operation results can be achieved by reducing image registration errors by using the probe.
