Disclosed are an advertisement registering system and an advertisement registering method for credit card member stores. The system of the present invention comprises: a web server for receiving, from a member store owner, a request to register member store information for an advertising service through a webpage provided on the internet; and a member store terminal for transmitting, to the web server, authentication information inputted by the member store owner and a terminal identification (ID). The web server authenticates the member store owner based on the received identification information and the terminal ID and requests to post advertisement information by transmitting, to an advertising media management server, the advertisement information according to the request to register the member store information. Available authentication information is an authentication number, a social security number, a business number, etc. which are transmitted to a member store owner’s phone using SMS. Therefore, an advertisement is quickly posted without unnecessary offline procedures for authenticating an advertising media management server.
