PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make portable radio equipment which has an antenna inside more compact and thinner. SOLUTION: The portable radio equipment 1 according to the present invention includes a circuit board 70 which has a reference potential pattern and electronic components, and a case body 60 having a conductive first case part 62 which is disposed covering the electronic components and electrically connected to the reference potential pattern and a nonconductive second case part 64 which is disposed successively to the first case part 62 and disposed at an outer edge of the circuit board 70.
