PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched styrenic resin sheet which is free from the occurrence of poor appearances during film formation, is improved in the deep drawing formability and the resistance against blanking breakouts during trimming and is excellent in the low temperature formability in secondary molding and the coatability of antifogging agents, and to provide moldings using the resin sheet and a resin composition constituting these. SOLUTION: The resin composition for a biaxially stretched styrenic resin sheet comprises a copolymer resin which is prepared by copolymerizing a styrenic monomer and an acrylic ester and has a number of branches of 0.40-2.50 per a molecule having an absolute molecular weight of 734,000 as determined by a GPC-MALLS method, a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 250,000-450,000 as determined by a GPC-MALLS method, a ratio of the weight average molecular weight (Mw) to the number average molecular weight (Mn) (Mw/Mn) of 2.20-3.00 and a ratio of the weight average molecular weight (Mw) to the peak molecular weight (Mp) (Mw/Mp) as determined by a GPC method of 1.05-1.28.
