<p>A liquid crystal panel (10) includes a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix pattern having rows and columns. A plurality of Cs bus lines (43c) as storage capacitor lines are routed in the row direction of the liquid crystal panel (10). A plurality of branch lines (310) are routed in the column direction across a pixel region (10a).
