PURPOSE: A device for locking a moving body is provided to maintain the locking condition of the moving body at a certain position, thereby preventing safety accidents due to the unpredictable movement of the moving body. CONSTITUTION: A device for locking a moving body includes a fixed plate (200), a hook plate (300), a movable plate, and a link unit (500). The fixed plate at one side the moving body integrally moves with the moving body. The hook plate rotates on a hook rotary shaft, and is engaged or unengaged with the fixed plate according to rotation thereof so that the position of the fixed plate is locked or unlocked. The movable plate rotates on a movable rotary shaft. The link unit mutually links the movable plate and the hook plate so that the movable plate and the hook plate rotate with being mutually linked. The position of the moving body is locked or unlocked according to the rotation of the movable plate. |
