<p>The present invention relates to a touch panel. The touch panel according to the present invention comprises a transparent window; a printing part formed on the transparent window; a wiring line formed on the printing part; and an insulating layer formed to cover the upper part of the wiring line. The insulating layer is formed for covering the upper part of the wiring line not to expose the wiring line of the touch panel, thereby preventing the wiring line made of metal from being oxidized or scratched.</p> |
