<p>The present invention relates to a suppressing method by making DNA fragments which complementarily bind to mRNA produced when Homo sapiens interleukin 4 (IL4), transcript variant 1 gene which is a protein related to inflammation is expressed. Interleukin4 (IL4) is produced by CD4 T cell which provides help for B cells that need class switch recombination and hypermutation of somatic cells. TH2 cell plays a key function in swap switch recombination for IgG1 and IGE isotypes and related B cell reactions through IL4 production. DNA oligomer with at least 10 base pairs which complementarily bind to mRNA of Homo sapiens interleukin 4 (IL4) is prepared to be used for reducing expression of the IL4 in cultured cells or tissues in vitro and in vivo and can be used in health care system.</p> |
