The computerized control center (1) has a receiving module (11) to receive a telecommunications network plant data (21) and collection data (22) of product processing apparatus (2). A production computing module (12) calculates the configuration data for product processing apparatus based on the plant data and collection data. A product conveyor (24) defines the occupancy of products supplied from feeders (23). A transmission module (13) transmits the computed configuration data to a control module (27) in processing apparatus through the telecommunications network.
