<p>The present invention relates to a square substrate seating boat inputted into a diffusing apparatus for manufacturing a solar cell, the seating boat comprising: a pair of supporting plates facing each other; a support bar having both ends coupled to the supporting plates respectively; a pair of first load bars installed in parallel with and spaced apart from both upper sides of the supporting plates for arranging a plurality of upper slots, into which the outer circumference of a substrate is inserted, on the circumferences thereof; and a pair of second load bars installed in parallel with and spaced apart from lower parts of the supporting plates to be located between the pair of first load bars, for arranging a plurality of lower slots, into which the outer circumference of the substrate is inserted, on the circumferences thereof. The upper slots and the lower slots are bent to support one side of the substrate corresponding to a seating direction of the substrate, so the invention can support stably the substrate though the seating direction of the square substrate changes.</p> |
