An improved perfecting machine, a system, and a method thereof are disclosed. The perfecting machine prepared by the present invention comprises a first printing device which prints a first pattern on a first surface of a film which is supplied to between a first printing roll and a backup roll, in a roll-to-roll mode using the first printing roll and the backup roll; and a second printing device which prints a second pattern on a second surface of the film which is fixed by suction on a suction table, in a roll-to-plate mode using a second printing roll and the suction table. The second printing device is equipped with a pattern alignment stage which is provided at the lower part of the suction table. The pattern alignment stage aligns the printing position of the second pattern based on the printing position of the first pattern before printing the second pattern.
