The device comprises an incubation gutter (1) equipped with elongated immunoblot strips (6), where the immunoblot strips with its back side of a gutter soil (2) are inserted into the incubation gutter and have an antigen exhibiting on its front side over a biological material. A tray with a majority of recordings is provided for handling and/or grouping of two incubation gutters, in which the incubation gutter and/or a composite of two incubation gutters are insertable. The tray has elements by which the tray is positionable in an uptake frame or on a support of a laboratory machine. The incubation gutters are covered by a film; and comprise a connection at its longitudinal side. The connection and the two incubation gutters are formed in a single-piece manner. The connection: is formed by the film covering the two incubation gutters; and comprises a material weakening and/or a recess such as a perforation.
