Aluminium compound material for flux free soldering

Aluminum composite material comprises at least one aluminum core alloy and at least one outer solder layer made of an aluminum solder alloy, which is provided on one- or both sides of the aluminum core alloy, where the aluminum solder layer has an etched surface. Independent claims are also included for: preparing the above mentioned band-shaped aluminum composite material by roll-plating or simultaneous casting and then rolling, which includes etching the aluminum solder layer using an alkaline or acidic etchant; and #soldered structure comprising at least one transformed or non-transformed sheet or pipe made of the above mentioned aluminum composite material.
