<p>467,725. Delivering liquids by gas pressure. SPARKLETS, Ltd., and BREWER, W. Dec. 9, 1936, No. 33841. [Class 102 (ii)] In apparatus for spraying liquids for dental, medical, and like purposes, of the type in which the liquid is expelled by gas liberated from a capsule or container, a manuallyoperated valve is provided for regulating the admission of the gas to the liquid container. A carrier 6 for the gas capsule 7 is screwed on to a boss 5 on the head 2 of the liquid container 1. The capsule is thus pierced by a hollow needle 9 and the gas is admitted to the container 1 by passages 10, 12, 4, the flow of a gas being regulated by a screw-down valve 13, operated by a lever 14. A spiral-spring 17 engaging the lever 14 tends to close the valve. The liquid is discharged through tubes 3, 22 controlled by a valve 23 operated by a lever 25. The outlet tube 22 is rotatable.
