The shear easy logger is a fire wood logger and also acts as a log clamp to hold logs for further processing or cutting with a chain saw etc. It is simple to use. It needs one operator with only one hand lever used to operate the cutting process. It is safe in operation as no fast moving blade or chain is required during the cutting process. This provides a safe clean low noise environment for the operator. Cut logs can collect in a bag at the front of the machine for easy handling. Shear easy cuts using a shear blade, thus eliminating much lost time sharpening chain saw blades etc. It can be hitched to a tractor and powered by the tractor hydraulics, or can be supplied with a electro hydraulic power pack for static operations.
