The present invention relates to solidification agents and cover materials and, more specifically, to an ammonia gas remover which prevents the generation of the characteristics of a bad smell of ammonia by effectively removing ammonia (NH3) gas generated in physicochemical and biological sewage and waste disposal and is a mixture prepared by mixing organic acid in water, or cover material prepared by mixing organic acid in solidification agents; the solidification agents containing organic acid of the constant rate and the cover material prepared thereby. Disclosed are solidification agents containing 0.1-20.0 wt% of an organic acid based on the whole weight of the solidification agents, and cover materials prepared by the solidification of sewage sludge and the solidification agents of the present invention.
