摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use waste as a cement firing fuel having a high calorific value and good combustibility while suppressing the equipment cost by utilizing existing equipment or the like in a cement plant. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for converting waste into a cement fuel, and the like includes: a fermentation treatment device 2 for fermenting waste W; a primary crusher 3 for roughly crushing a fermentation-treated substance W1; a sorter 4 for removing substance having a size not larger than a prescribed size from the crushed substance W2; a dryer 5 for drying the substance W3 on the sieve, sorted by the sorter and having a size larger than the prescribed size; a crusher 6 for crushing the substance W4 dried by the dryer 5; and a blowing-in device 7 for blowing the resulting substance W5 crushed by the crusher 6 into a cement kiln 22 or a calcining furnace 23. In the apparatus 1, the gas G4 after used for drying the substance W3 on the sieve is utilized for any of a combustion air A4 for a main burner 25 of the cement kiln 22, a combustion air A5 for a burner of the calcining furnace 23, a cooling air A3 for a clinker cooler 21 and a cooling air A1 for a chlorine by-path extraction gas according to the odor concentration thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
