PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment that greatly reduces radiation EMI of high frequency and uses a printed wiring board low in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the electronic equipment including the printed wiring board mounted with an electronic component having a power supply terminal, a ground terminal and a signal terminal, the printed wiring board includes a power supply plane and a ground plane of the electronic component, and an open stub wiring whose electric length is 1/4 of a wavelength at a parallel plate resonance frequency generated between the power supply plane and ground plane is connected to a power supply wiring passing through the power supply terminal and power supply plane of the electronic component.
